5. What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn items with tags intact. For detailed information, please visit our Return Policy page.

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days. Delivery time varies based on location and courier services, but you can expect your package within 7–10 business days for domestic orders.


7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.


8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and wallets via secure payment gateways like Razorpay and Stripe.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Arth Couture, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our garments. Each piece is created with care, and your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple return and exchange process.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.

  • Returns are only accepted for non-discounted (full-price) items. Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.

  • Customized or altered garments are non-returnable.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at arth.couture.ar@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will guide you through the next steps, including shipping instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a store credit or initiate an exchange.

Please note: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping).


Refunds

We currently offer store credits only for eligible returns, which can be used for future purchases. Refunds to original payment method are provided only in case of damaged or incorrect items.
